SiriusXM names Zac Coughlin as CFO effective January 1

Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRI) appointed Zac Coughlin as chief financial officer, effective January 1, 2026. Coughlin will replace Tom Barry, who is stepping down as CFO on December 31.



Coughlin brings nearly 30 years of financial experience across consumer, retail, and automotive companies. He currently serves as CFO at PVH Corp, where he oversees global finance functions including financial planning, investor relations, corporate development, treasury, tax, audit, real estate, and facilities.



His previous roles include Group CFO and Chief Operating Officer at DFS, a subsidiary of LVMH, and CFO of Converse, a division of Nike. He spent more than a decade in finance roles at Ford Motor Company.



"Zac brings significant experience as a financial leader at public companies and a proven track record of driving sustainable, profitable growth," said Jennifer Witz, CEO of SiriusXM.



Coughlin said he is honored to join the team and sees a tremendous opportunity ahead for the business. He plans to partner with the executive team to execute capital allocation priorities key to the company's strategic focus.



Barry has served as SiriusXM's CFO since joining the company. Witz praised his financial expertise and leadership in driving financial discipline across the organization.



The company reaffirmed its full year 2025 guidance as provided on October 30, 2025.



Coughlin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in Finance and Supply Chain Logistics from The Ohio State University.
