SharonAI Holdings Inc. (OTC: SHAZ, SHAZW) announced that co-founder and Chairman James Manning will become Chief Executive Officer effective January 23, 2026, according to a company statement.

Manning brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, business, asset management and operations across public and private companies. He has developed and monetized over 300 megawatts of high-performance compute infrastructure across the United States and Australia during the past eight years.

The incoming CEO holds a Master of Business in Finance and a Masters in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, plus a Bachelor of Accounting from Australian Catholic University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Public Accountants.

Wolf Schubert, who served as CEO for 18 months, will transition to Country Manager for the USA. The leadership change follows Sharon AI's recent sale of its interest in Texas Critical Data Centers.

"As Co-Founder and now CEO of Sharon AI, I'm thrilled to lead the company into its next phase of growth," Manning said in the statement. He noted the company's capital position, strategic partnerships, and AI demand as positioning factors for delivering compute infrastructure.

Schubert said the transition enables the business to focus on core Neocloud operations and delivering compute services to research and enterprise customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Sharon AI describes itself as a high-performance computing company focused on artificial intelligence and cloud GPU compute infrastructure, operating cloud platforms for AI applications.
