Sharon AI adds Benjamin Adams to board of directors

SharonAI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ) announced that Benjamin Adams joined its board of directors on February 22. The Australian cloud computing company disclosed the appointment in a statement released February 24.



Adams brings experience from senior legal roles at major technology companies. He currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Western Union (NYSE: WU). His previous positions included Vice President, Chief Commercial and Intellectual Property Counsel at PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL), Assistant General Counsel at Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), and Head of Legal, Americas Region at Nokia (NYSE: NOK).



"I am honoured to join the board at such a pivotal and exciting time. I look forward to leveraging my experience to help Sharon AI shape its strategic goals and expand its impact in the coming years," Adams said in the company statement.



Sharon AI CEO James Manning said Adams' background in technology, financial and regulatory law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate securities reporting would benefit the company during its growth phase.



Sharon AI describes itself as a high-performance computing company focused on artificial intelligence and cloud GPU compute infrastructure. The company operates cloud GPU platforms and compute infrastructure for AI applications.
