ServiceTitan partners with Roto-Rooter for technology platform deployment

ServiceTitan (NASDAQ: TTAN) announced a partnership with Roto-Rooter to deploy its software platform across Roto-Rooter's network of company-owned branches in the United States.

The partnership will provide Roto-Rooter's operations with ServiceTitan's cloud-based technology platform designed for trades businesses. Roto-Rooter operates as the largest provider of plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services in North America, according to the company statement.

"Through this new partnership, ServiceTitan's enterprise-grade platform will deliver outsized ROI by helping Roto-Rooter unlock new levels of efficiency and growth," said Ara Mahdessian, co-founder and CEO of ServiceTitan.

Roto-Rooter, founded in 1935, operates 121 company-owned territories and more than 345 franchise territories across the U.S. and Canada. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chemed Corporation (NYSE: CHE).

"Thousands of our field employees and office staff will be able to harness the power of ServiceTitan's technology, helping to increase efficiency, automation, and standardization across most of the departments within our nationwide network," said Robert Goldschmidt, President of Roto-Rooter.

The implementation will extend across Roto-Rooter's three national call centers and branch locations serving major metropolitan areas in the United States. Roto-Rooter provides services across multiple sectors including residential and commercial plumbing, water restoration, and sewer repair services.

ServiceTitan provides cloud-based software solutions for contractors in the trades industry. The company went public and trades on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker TTAN.
