Rhelion unit signs psilocybin supply deal with Dutch research center

Rhelion Life Sciences Corp. (CSE: RHEL, FSE: 4YX0, OTCQB: TRUFF) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Filament Health Corp., has entered into a supply and licensing agreement with the Centre for Human Drug Research (CHDR) in Leiden, the Netherlands.

Under the agreement, Filament will supply its botanical psilocybin drug candidate PEX010 in 1 mg and 5 mg doses, along with matching placebo capsules, for a CHDR-sponsored study examining low and medium dose psilocybin. The study is being conducted in collaboration with the PRSM Lab at Leiden University and has received funding from Norrsken Mind.

Filament will also provide regulatory support for the clinical trial application under the European Union Clinical Trials Regulation. The study remains subject to regulatory and ethics approval. CHDR is the sponsor of the study; Filament is not responsible for its conduct.

PEX010 is a standardized, GMP-manufactured botanical psilocybin product available in 1, 5, and 25 mg doses, with a 0.5 mg dose in development. Rhelion completed its acquisition of Filament Health Corp. on April 30, 2026, gaining Filament's drug candidate portfolio and 77 issued patents across 13 patent families.

According to the company's press release, Filament currently supplies PEX010 to more than 80 academic and philanthropic research studies worldwide.
