Resolution Therapeutics names new CFO and CBO

Resolution Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced the appointment of Lucy Singah as Chief Financial Officer and Daniel Kennedy as Chief Business Officer, according to a company statement.



Singah brings over 20 years of corporate and strategic finance experience across UK and US companies. She previously served as CFO at Echopoint Medical and held various roles at GSK for 11 years, including positions in mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and finance leadership. She trained as a Chartered Accountant at EY.



Kennedy has more than 20 years of business development experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. He previously worked as Vice President of Business Development at Immunocore plc (NASDAQ: IMCR) and led business development at Achillion Pharmaceuticals before its $930 million acquisition by Alexion Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ALXN), with an additional $300 million in contingent value rights.



The appointments follow the company's recent announcement of dosing the first patient in its Phase I/II EMERALD study for RTX001, an engineered autologous regenerative macrophage therapy designed to treat inflammatory and fibrotic diseases.



Resolution Therapeutics focuses on developing regenerative macrophage therapies for inflammatory and fibrotic diseases. The company's lead product candidate RTX001 is being tested in patients with end-stage liver disease. The company is based in Edinburgh and London and emerged from research conducted at the University of Edinburgh.



Resolution plans to host a research and development webinar on September 17, 2025, featuring clinical hepatologists to discuss its programs.
