Ramaco Resources appoints Mike Graney to board of directors

Ramaco Resources Inc. (NASDAQ: METC, METCB) announced the appointment of Mike Graney as an independent member to its board of directors, effective September 15, 2025.



Graney brings over 35 years of experience in business leadership and economic development. He most recently served as Executive Director and Acting Cabinet Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Economic Development, where he oversaw state programs focused on business attraction, job growth, and community development.



His career includes leadership roles in both public and private sectors. Graney served as President of One Stop, a multi-unit convenience store, fuel, and food service business operating throughout West Virginia, and as Director of Wholesale Operations for Cross America Partners LP.

Graney stated he is honored to join the board and contribute his experience in energy and economic development to support the company's strategic direction.



Ramaco Resources operates as a metallurgical coal producer in southern West Virginia and southwestern Virginia, and develops rare earth and critical minerals in Wyoming. The company currently operates four active metallurgical coal mining complexes in Central Appalachia and one development rare earth and coal mine near Sheridan, Wyoming.
