QTREX quantum interconnect platform passes partner performance tests
QTREX Quantum Ltd. (Nasdaq: QTEX) announced that its proprietary printed coaxial quantum interconnect platform has exceeded RF performance requirements set by the company's strategic partners as part of a qualification process.
The Israel-based company said the characterization protocol tested its coaxial shielding architecture across several parameters. Results showed continuous broadband transmission from 10 MHz through 20 GHz with no observed resonance or discontinuity. Crosstalk suppression was maintained at a minimum of 68 dB below the source signal across the measured band.
On timing precision, the platform recorded an average channel-to-channel skew of 4.4 picoseconds above 1 GHz, with group delay measured between 1.020 and 1.022 nanoseconds, a spread of 2 picoseconds. Manufacturing consistency results showed average insertion-loss variation of 0.33 dB, characteristic impedance varying by less than 0.3 ohms, and forward and reverse transmission measurements agreeing to within 0.06 dB.
"Quantum processors cannot scale without equally advanced infrastructure to connect, control and read them," said Dagi Ben-Noon, Chief Executive Officer of QTREX. "By exceeding these externally defined performance requirements, the results remove a critical technical barrier and validate the readiness of our proprietary platform for commercial application development."
The company said the platform is designed to address scalability challenges in high-density quantum systems, where increasing numbers of control and readout channels raise the risk of unwanted coupling and timing mismatch. QTREX stated the validation is expected to advance its existing strategic engagements and support product-definition and development programs with the quantum computing industry.
QTREX Quantum, based in Ness Ziona, Israel, focuses on connectivity and electronics manufacturing solutions, including applications for defense, aerospace, and medical technology. The information is based on a company press release.
