Peter Currie joins PJT Partners board of directors

PJT Partners Inc. (NYSE: PJT) announced the appointment of Peter L.S. Currie to its board of directors, effective July 30, 2025. Currie will also serve on the company's audit committee.
Currie has served as president of Currie Capital LLC, a private investment firm, since 2005. His previous executive roles include positions at Netscape Communications Corporation as executive vice president and chief administrative officer, and at McCaw Cellular Communications as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He spent nine years in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.
Currie has served on boards of directors for multiple public companies including Twitter, Schlumberger Limited, New Relic, Clearwire Corporation, CNET Networks, Safeco Corporation, and Sun Microsystems. He previously served as president of the board of trustees at Phillips Academy and holds degrees from Williams College and Stanford University.
