Paramount and Professional Bull Riders announced a five-year media rights agreement that will make Paramount+ the primary streaming home of PBR's Unleash The Beast tour beginning with the 2026 season on December 12.
Under the deal, Paramount+ will stream live coverage of the complete PBR Unleash The Beast season, which spans five months across 19 cities in 17 states. The agreement builds on the existing relationship between PBR and CBS Sports that began in 2013 and runs through 2030. CBS Television Network will continue broadcasting the CBS Game of the Week during the 2026 season.
"This deal aligns with our longstanding relationship with CBS and reflects our shared commitment to expanding PBR's reach," said Sean Gleason, PBR CEO and Commissioner.
CBS Sports Executive Vice President of Programming Dan Weinberg said the extension enables CBS to reach a wider audience through Paramount+.
PBR reported strong broadcast performance, with CBS airing its highest-rated PBR broadcast in October, reaching an average of 2.70 million viewers.
The 2026 Unleash The Beast season will include PBR's debut at TD Garden in Boston and Doak Campbell Stadium at Florida State, plus return visits to Madison Square Garden in New York and Pittsburgh. The season begins December 12, 2025, in Manchester, New Hampshire, and concludes with the PBR World Finals in Fort Worth, Texas, with events at Cowtown Coliseum and championship rounds at Dickies Arena.
PBR operates under TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), which recently secured additional agreements with Paramount. Beginning in 2026, Paramount+ will become the exclusive U.S. home for all UFC events, with select events also airing on CBS. TKO-owned IMG advised PBR on negotiations with Paramount+.
