Paramount (NASDAQ: PSKY) and TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO) announced a media rights agreement making Paramount+ the exclusive streaming home for Zuffa Boxing events across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Beginning January 2026, Paramount+ will distribute 12 Zuffa Boxing cards in the first year, with plans to expand the number of events in subsequent years. Select events may be simulcast on CBS and other Paramount platforms.
Zuffa Boxing is a joint venture between TKO and entertainment conglomerate Sela, led by UFC President and CEO Dana White, HE Turki Alalshikh who chairs the General Entertainment Authority and serves as President of the Saudi Boxing Federation, Sela Managing Director and CEO Dr. Rakan Alharthy, and WWE President Nick Khan.
"I'm excited to bring great boxing events to a global audience," White said. "There are millions of boxing fans that will now be able to watch competitive fights with up-and-coming boxers as well as the biggest stars in the sport."
Cindy Holland, Chair of Direct-to-Consumer for Paramount, described the partnership as advancing the company's priorities of delivering premium sports content and providing year-round live events to subscribers.
The agreement adds boxing content to Paramount's sports portfolio, which already includes UFC programming through TKO's mixed martial arts organization. TKO serves as the managing partner for Zuffa Boxing operations.
Further details about fight schedules and the first Paramount+ event will be announced in coming months, according to the companies' joint statement.
