Orange Business, Tech Mahindra enter talks for 5-year partnership

Orange Business and Tech Mahindra announced they have entered exclusive negotiations to form a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation for enterprise customers globally. The proposed non-equity collaboration would span five years and focus on artificial intelligence, automation, and secure digital platforms.

The partnership would combine Orange Business' networks, platforms, cloud, and cybersecurity capabilities with Tech Mahindra's integration expertise and delivery capabilities. The arrangement includes outsourcing portions of Orange Business' global customer support, quote-to-bill operations, and post-sales teams outside France to Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM).

Orange Business would continue managing end-to-end services for critical segments, including French operations, while ensuring compliance with French and European regulations. The company aims to expand its international footprint and service portfolios through the partnership.

"This partnership would be a significant growth catalyst for Orange Business and for our customers," said Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, CEO of Orange Business. The collaboration would support the company's goal to become a global leader in secure connectivity for enterprises.

Tech Mahindra CEO Mohit Josh stated the partnership would unite complementary strengths to help enterprises accelerate digital transformation in an increasingly connected world.

Orange Business, part of Orange Group, serves more than 30,000 business customers globally with 30,000 employees across 65 countries. Orange is listed on Euronext Paris (ORA) and generated 40.4 billion euros in revenues, connecting 340 million customers across 26 countries as of end-2025.

Tech Mahindra employs 149,000 professionals across 90 countries, serving 1,100 clients. The project remains subject to completion of processes with relevant employee representative bodies, according to the companies' statement.
