Nutanix (NASDAQ: NTNX) and ChronoScale Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: CHRN) announced a strategic partnership on Aug. 18, 2026, aimed at jointly delivering enterprise AI infrastructure through integrated platforms and go-to-market collaboration.
Under the planned partnership, ChronoScale intends to incorporate Nutanix software into its AI infrastructure platform to support customer onboarding, tenant management, service automation, virtualized infrastructure, managed Kubernetes environments, and AI service offerings. Nutanix customers would gain access to ChronoScale's GPU-as-a-Service for reserved compute capacity, as well as ChronoScale Token Factory, which provides pre-paid inference tokens backed by open-source models for burst and experimental workloads.
The companies also plan to enable deployment of ChronoScale Foundry, an enterprise AI foundry, within customer environments through the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform Catalog. The arrangement is designed to keep agents, enterprise data, and workflow state within the customer's own infrastructure boundary.
Both companies share a technology relationship with Nvidia. ChronoScale is an Nvidia Cloud Partner, and Nutanix is an Nvidia technology partner and ISV. ChronoScale plans to deploy Nvidia HGX B300 systems with Nvidia Spectrum-X networking and Nvidia AI Enterprise software, including Nvidia NIM microservices and Nvidia NeMo.
The partnership framework includes joint marketing, sales enablement, technical collaboration, and customer engagement programs. The companies said they intend to target Global 2000 organizations and plan to maintain joint demonstration and proof-of-concept environments. The partnership is expected to be formalized through one or more definitive agreements.
Tarkan Maner, President and Chief Commercial Officer of Nutanix, said the collaboration would help enterprises "accelerate their AI transformation by combining high-performance infrastructure with the operational simplicity, flexibility, and security that Nutanix delivers."
ChronoScale CEO Cenly Chen described the deal as "an important milestone in our mission to become the platform where the global AI ecosystem converges."
Many of the planned integrations and product features remain in various stages of development and are subject to change, according to statements from both companies.
