Novartis (NYSE: NVS) has selected Salesforce's (NYSE: CRM) Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement platform to enhance patient and healthcare professional interactions globally, according to a company statement.
The pharmaceutical company plans to implement Salesforce's Agentforce 360 for Life Sciences platform over the next five years. The rollout will unify engagement across marketing, sales, patient services, medical, market access, and other service areas.
Novartis will build upon its existing investments with Salesforce products including Agentforce Health, Data 360 for Health & Life Sciences, MuleSoft for Life Sciences, and Agentforce Marketing. The platform aims to integrate teams around customer interactions with compliance capabilities and customer insights through AI and data harmonization.
"The expanded partnership with Novartis underscores our commitment to transforming how the life sciences industry engages with marketing, sales, and medical stakeholders," said Frank Defesche, General Manager of Life Sciences at Salesforce. "By unifying engagement on Agentforce Life Sciences, we're providing the foundation for more personal, accurate, and connected experiences."
The collaboration represents an expansion of the existing relationship between the two companies. Salesforce reports that more than 70 organizations have selected its Agentforce Life Sciences platform.
The information is based on a press release from Salesforce.
