NYSE creates advisory board for Texas expansion efforts

The New York Stock Exchange announced the formation of the NYSE Texas Advisory Board to support its expansion in Texas. The board includes Amanda Brock, Co-CEO of Solaris Energy Infrastructure (NYSE: SEI), Scott Mueller, Managing Director of the Southwestern region at Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS), and Edward Crawford, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Coltala Holdings as founding members.



The advisory board launch coincides with the one-year anniversary of the NYSE Texas announcement. According to the company, NYSE Texas has achieved more than 100 dual-listings to date and reached the milestone of 100 dual-listings in December 2025.



"Establishing the NYSE Texas Advisory Board on the one‑year anniversary of the announcement of NYSE Texas underscores the momentum and meaningful progress we've achieved in only twelve months," said Lynn Martin, President of NYSE Group.



Bryan Daniel, President of NYSE Texas, stated the advisory board will help guide the exchange's efforts as it continues to expand in the region.



NYSE Texas operates as part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), which owns the New York Stock Exchange. The company describes NYSE Texas as providing a listing and trading venue for public companies within the southwestern United States economy.
