NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) announced it has halted trading in Magnitude International Ltd (NASDAQ: MAGH) pending the company's response to a request for additional information.
The trading halt follows a Securities and Exchange Commission suspension of MAGH shares that ran from December 5, 2025, through December 18, 2025. The company's last recorded sale price was $6.76.
Trading in Magnitude International shares will remain suspended until the company satisfies NASDAQ's information request, according to the exchange's statement.
The SEC's trading suspension order preceded NASDAQ's current halt, though the exchange did not specify the nature of the additional information being sought from Magnitude International.
