NASDAQ halts Empro Group trading pending additional information

NASDAQ announced it has halted trading in Empro Group Inc. (NASDAQ: EMPG) pending receipt of additional information requested from the company.

The trading halt follows a Securities and Exchange Commission trading suspension that was in effect from October 9, 2025 through October 22, 2025. The last recorded sale price for Empro Group's ordinary shares was $17.36.

According to NASDAQ's statement, trading will remain halted until Empro Group has fully satisfied the exchange's request for additional information. The company had previously been subject to the SEC trading suspension from 4:00 a.m. on October 9 until 11:59 p.m. on October 22.
