NASDAQ halts Charming Medical trading for additional information

Nasdaq halted trading in Charming Medical Limited (NASDAQ: MCTA) pending additional information requested from the company, according to a statement from The Nasdaq Stock Market.

The Securities and Exchange Commission previously suspended trading in MCTA from November 12, 2025, through November 25, 2025. The company's ordinary shares last traded at $29.355.

Trading will remain halted until Charming Medical Limited satisfies Nasdaq's request for additional information, the exchange operator said. The company is incorporated as Charming Medical Limited and trades under the ticker symbol MCTA.

Nasdaq did not specify what type of additional information it is seeking from the medical company. The trading halt follows the conclusion of the SEC's two-week trading suspension that ended November 25.
