The company's securities continue trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under existing ticker symbols: MSTR for Class A common stock, STRK for 8.00% Series A Perpetual Strike Preferred Stock, STRF for 10.00% Series A Perpetual Strife Preferred Stock, STRD for 10.00% Series A Perpetual Stride Preferred Stock, and STRC for Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock. CUSIP numbers remain unchanged.

The name change does not affect the company's corporate structure, according to the statement. Strategy Inc describes itself as a bitcoin treasury company and enterprise analytics software provider.

The company operates as a publicly traded entity that has adopted bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset, using proceeds from equity and debt financings along with operational cash flows to accumulate bitcoin.
