MainStreet Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNSB) announced the appointment of Wendy Adeler Hall as director of the company and MainStreet Bank, according to a press release statement.
Adeler Hall brings over 30 years of leadership experience in retail business development and marketing from her work with Adeler Jewelers and the Jorge Adeler Collection. She led the business's national expansion to place the Jorge Adeler Collection with national retailers and secured features in fashion publications. Prior to joining Adeler Jewelers, she founded a multi-location gourmet food store.
The Adeler family has held an investment in MainStreet Bancshares since the company's inception 21 years ago, and Adeler Jewelers was among the bank's first customers.
"Wendy brings a strong acumen in business growth and development," said Jeff W. Dick, Chairman and CEO. "Her addition to the board elevates the expertise and perspective of the independent Directors that was previously provided by businesswoman Elizabeth Bennett who retired in 2024."
Adeler Hall serves as Chairperson for the Capital Hospice Gala and co-chairs National Alliance for Research Schizophrenia and Depression galas. She has organized the Great Falls Children's Spring Festival for over 20 years. She holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy from George Mason University.
MainStreet Bank operates six branches in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., offering commercial lending products including government contracting lines of credit, commercial loans, and SBA lending solutions.
