METTLER TOLEDO names former STERIS CFO to board

Mettler-Toledo International Inc. (NYSE: MTD) announced that Michael J. Tokich will join its board of directors effective February 5, 2026.

Tokich served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at STERIS plc (NYSE: STE) for over 17 years before recently transitioning to senior financial advisor at the healthcare and life science company. He joined STERIS in 2000 and held various senior financial positions before becoming CFO in 2008.

Roland Diggelmann, chair of Mettler-Toledo's board, said Tokich brings nearly two decades of public company CFO experience and expertise in operations and information technology.

Mettler-Toledo manufactures precision instruments and services for industries including life sciences, food, and chemicals. The company operates in more than 140 countries with direct presence in approximately 40 countries.
