Lifeward closes strategic partnership with Oramed

Lifeward Ltd. (NASDAQ: LFWD) announced it has completed its strategic partnership agreement with Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ORMP). The medical technology company acquired Oramed's clinical-stage Protein Oral Delivery technology through the transaction.
The partnership provides Lifeward with access to up to $47 million in capital from Oramed and certain investors. On March 25, 2026, Lifeward accessed $10 million of this capital, according to the company's statement.
Lifeward develops medical technology solutions for people with physical limitations or disabilities. The company's product portfolio includes the ReWalk Exoskeleton, AlterG Anti-Gravity system, MyoCycle FES System, and ReStore Exo-Suit.
