LIFT appoints Jeff Reinson as senior VP of development
Li-FT Power Ltd. (TSXV: LIFT) (OTCQX: LIFFF) (Frankfurt: WS0) announced the appointment of Jeff Reinson as Senior Vice President of Development, according to a company press release.
Reinson brings over 25 years of project and engineering leadership experience to the role. He previously served as Vice President of Operations at Burgundy Diamond Mines, where he oversaw operations at Ekati Diamond Mine. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer at First Mining Gold Corp. His career includes senior leadership positions at Goldcorp, Newmont, and Rio Tinto. Reinson holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
In connection with the appointment, the company granted Reinson 175,000 stock options exercisable at $7.20 per share and 15,000 restricted share units. The options will fully vest after two years with quarterly vesting schedules and expire five years from the grant date. The RSUs will vest in equal annual installments over three years.
LIFT also announced it retained Rose & Company to provide investor relations and institutional investor outreach services. The firm will receive $50,000 quarterly starting February 23, 2026, under an initial one-year term ending February 22, 2027. The agreement requires TSX Venture Exchange approval.
LIFT is a mineral exploration company focused on lithium pegmatite projects in Canada. The company's flagship project is the Yellowknife Lithium Project in Northwest Territories, along with three exploration properties in Quebec and the Cali Project in Northwest Territories.
