Nexera Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ: NEXR, NEXRW) announced that its subsidiary KeepZone AI Inc. has entered into a white label agreement with a third-party technology provider to develop an AI-powered voice communication decision support system.

Under the agreement, KeepZone will acquire rights to develop and commercialize the real-time voice communication system, which will be integrated, customized, and rebranded under the KeepZone name for global deployment.

The platform is designed to process multiple voice and radio communication channels simultaneously, automatically identify potential events, assess risk levels, and deliver real-time operational insights. The security solution targets communication overload challenges in defense, homeland security, emergency response, and critical infrastructure operations.

KeepZone plans to introduce the platform as part of its AI-based homeland security solutions portfolio, offering it to customers as a proprietary product under its brand.

"We believe the Agreement marks a significant step in expanding KeepZone's operational capabilities and product offerings," said Alon Dayan, Chief Executive Officer of KeepZone. "By leveraging field-relevant technology and bringing it under the KeepZone brand, we are accelerating our time-to-market with a solution that addresses one of the most critical challenges faced by command centers today."

Nexera operates through its subsidiaries in advanced technologies for the global homeland security sector and e-commerce. KeepZone is a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to distributing AI-powered homeland security technologies, including 3D imaging and electromagnetic threat detection systems.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
