James Hardie redeems $400 million in senior unsecured notes

James Hardie Industries plc (NYSE: JHX; ASX: JHX) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, James Hardie International Finance Designated Activity Company, redeemed $400 million in aggregate principal of 5.00% Senior Unsecured Notes on June 25, 2026.
The notes, which were originally due in 2028, were redeemed at 100% of their principal amount, plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date. Payment was processed through Deutsche Bank Trust & Agency Operations.
Following the redemption date, the notes are no longer considered outstanding and interest has ceased to accrue.
