J.B. Hunt joins Triumph network for automated payment services

J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. (NASDAQ: JBHT) has joined the Triumph Network to adopt automated payment solutions for carrier transactions, Triumph (NYSE: TFIN) announced.

The transportation company will use Triumph's payment system to accelerate and streamline carrier payment cycles. J.B. Hunt operates as one of the largest supply chain solutions providers in North America.

"J.B. Hunt's reputation as an innovator in transportation and logistics, combined with their commitment to embracing technology, makes them a true leader in our industry," said Aaron P. Graft, Triumph's founder and chief executive officer.

Nick Hobbs, chief operating officer for J.B. Hunt, stated that "Triumph's stated commitment to creating a secure and transparent payment experience for the thousands of carriers across our network aligns well with our vision to create the most efficient transportation network in North America."

Triumph describes itself as a financial and technology company focused on payments, factoring, intelligence and banking for freight transactions. The Dallas-based company's portfolio includes brands such as TBK Bank and LoadPay.

The partnership represents Triumph's expansion of its payment network within the freight industry. The company's system aims to provide payment solutions for carriers and freight transactions.
