Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP) and Workday Inc. (NASDAQ: WDAY) announced the general availability of Insperity HRScale, a human resources solution designed for small and midsized businesses.

The solution combines Insperity's professional employer organization model and HR services with Workday's Human Capital Management technology suite. The offering includes payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance support, and workforce analytics in a single platform.

"Growing businesses shouldn't have to choose between personalized HR support and the power of enterprise‑grade technology," said Paul Sarvadi, Insperity's chairman and chief executive officer. "With Insperity HRScale, we're bringing together best-in-class Workday technology and Insperity's full-service HR expertise in one unified solution."

The HRScale solution includes Workday HCM, U.S. Payroll, Absence Management and Time Tracking capabilities. Services provided through the platform include payroll and tax reporting, employee benefits administration, compliance support for employment laws, talent acquisition assistance, performance management guidance, and workforce analytics.

"Small and midsized businesses are under constant pressure to do more with fewer resources," said Rob Enslin, president and chief commercial officer at Workday. "Insperity HRScale takes that complexity off their plate – giving growing businesses a single, reliable way to manage their workforce."

The solution is preconfigured with HR practices for deployment and includes managed services for administrative tasks. Companies can access the platform for payroll processing, benefits management, leave administration, and compliance support.

Insperity reported 2025 revenues of $6.8 billion and operates sales and service operations throughout the United States. Workday serves more than 11,500 organizations globally, including more than 65% of the Fortune 500 companies.
