Humanoid Global signs non-binding MoU with Singapore advisory firm
Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. (CSE: ROBO, FWB: 0XM1, OTCQB: RBOHF) has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Stellar Bridge Group Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-incorporated strategic advisory firm, according to a press release dated June 24, 2026.
The MoU outlines the parties' mutual intentions to establish a partnership focused on sourcing, evaluating, and developing investment opportunities in humanoid robotics and embodied AI across Asia, with a focus on Greater China and Southeast Asia.
Under the terms of the agreement, Stellar Bridge intends to identify investment targets, provide regional due diligence, support transaction structuring, and refer potential acquisition, financing, joint venture, or other commercial arrangements to Humanoid Global. Specific compensation terms for any referrals are to be agreed upon before introductions are made.
The MoU also contemplates the potential exploration of co-investment vehicles or joint structures between the two parties.
"Asia is becoming an increasingly important hub for innovation in robotics and artificial intelligence," said Wendy Wang, partner of Stellar Bridge Group. "Through this partnership, Stellar Bridge will leverage its regional network and cross-border advisory experience to help identify strategic opportunities and support the international growth of innovative companies across Asia."
Shahab Samimi, CEO of Humanoid Global, said the collaboration aims to "unlock new frontiers in innovation, capital deployment, and global integration for the next generation of technology leaders."
The agreement is non-binding, and no definitive transactions have been announced. Humanoid Global describes itself as a publicly traded investment issuer building a portfolio of companies in the humanoid robotics and embodied AI sector.
