Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. (CSE: ROBO, FWB: 0XM1, OTCQB: RBOHF) completed a CAD $150,000 strategic investment in MBody AI Corp., a developer of autonomous robotics software, according to a company announcement.

MBody AI operates an embodied artificial intelligence platform that transforms robots into autonomous agents capable of real-time perception and decision-making. The company's hardware-agnostic software works across different robotic systems and is currently deployed with Fortune 500 companies in hospitality, healthcare, corporate environments, and warehouse operations.

The investment proceeds will support MBody AI's partnership expansion, research and development, team scaling, and marketing activities. Humanoid Global will also serve as an advisor to MBody AI, providing strategic guidance for the company's development and commercial initiatives.

"Humanoid Global's strategic investment supports our work to advance autonomous systems that can operate reliably in real-world commercial environments," said John Fowler, CEO of MBody AI. "As we continue to scale deployment across multiple industries, the alignment with Humanoid Global provides additional perspective that will help us navigate the next phase of growth."

Shahab Samimi, CEO of Humanoid Global, stated that MBody AI distinguished itself through the maturity of its autonomy capabilities operating in live, high-traffic environments at Fortune 500 companies. He noted the company's hardware-agnostic platform and demonstrated operational efficiencies as key factors in the investment decision.

MBody AI is led by CEO John Fowler, who previously raised more than $200 million in capital and led a $435 million acquisition. The company claims its platform enables customers to achieve up to 90% labor cost savings.

Humanoid Global describes itself as a publicly traded investment issuer focused on building a portfolio of companies in the humanoid robotics and embodied AI sector.
