Humanoid Global commits $75,000 to HowToRobot investment
Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. (CSE: ROBO, FWB: 0XM1, OTCQB: RBOHF) announced it has committed to a $75,000 strategic investment in HowToRobot Holding Inc., a marketplace for robotics solutions, according to a company press release.
The investment has not yet closed and remains subject to customary closing conditions, including final documentation and regulatory approvals. The company stated there is no assurance the investment will be completed as currently contemplated.
HowToRobot, founded in 2017, operates an automation platform that connects businesses with robotics solution suppliers. The Denmark-based company provides end-to-end automation support to help organizations identify, source and implement automation technologies.
"HowToRobot has become a go-to platform for companies seeking clarity and solutions in a fragmented automation market," said Søren Peters, CEO of HowToRobot. "With Humanoid Global's support, we believe that we can accelerate our global reach and strengthen the platform to help make automation even more accessible to businesses worldwide."
Following completion of the proposed investment, HowToRobot plans to use proceeds to transition toward a software-as-a-service model. The funds will support development of an AI-driven quotation tool, digitalization of workflows for a self-service platform, and expansion of sales operations in the United States and United Kingdom.
HowToRobot is expected to support automation and robotics strategy across Humanoid Global's portfolio companies. Humanoid Global plans to leverage HowToRobot's platform and industry experience to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions where appropriate.
"We believe that the future of robotics lies not just in machines, but in the ecosystems that empower them," said Shahab Samimi, CEO of Humanoid Global. "Our proposed investment in HowToRobot reflects our intent to support stronger connections between robotics suppliers, integrators, and the industries they serve."
