Hexaware and SmartRent partner on AI and Salesforce operations
Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT) and SmartRent, Inc. (NYSE: SMRT) announced a strategic partnership on July 6, 2026, aimed at transforming SmartRent's customer support, billing, and revenue operations using artificial intelligence and cloud technology.
Under the agreement, Hexaware will operate SmartRent's customer support functions from its Hyderabad delivery center, deploying Voice AI agents alongside human staff across voice, email, and chat channels.
Hexaware will also implement its bill-to-cash platform for SmartRent, targeting improvements in days sales outstanding and revenue operations outcomes. In addition, Hexaware will deploy Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced to restructure SmartRent's lead-to-order process, with the stated goals of faster quote cycles and improved pricing governance.
Frank Martell, President and CEO of SmartRent, said, "Our customers expect service that is fast, intelligent, and dependable. This partnership gives us the operational depth and technology foundation to deliver that at scale."
Hexaware described the arrangement as covering three workstreams: AI-native customer experience, an intelligent bill-to-cash platform, and the Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementation. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed in the press release.
