Hadron Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: HDRN), a nuclear technology company developing the Halo Micro-Modular Reactor (MMR), has added six professionals across engineering, program management, and finance, according to a press release from the company.

The new hires include Brian Arnholt as Director of Reactor Systems, who previously held roles at NuScale Power, Babcock & Wilcox, General Electric, and Exelon. Ian Francis joins as Probabilistic Risk Assessment Engineer, coming from TerraPower's Natrium project. Rufino Ayala takes the role of Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer, having previously served as Chief Engineer at Paragon Energy Solutions. Nicholas Bell, a licensed Professional Engineer with experience at Blue Origin and SpaceX, joins as Senior Fluids Systems Engineer. Stacee Kruskamp, a certified Project Management Professional, joins as Senior Project Manager after roles at Holtec International and NuScale Power. Artem Sergienko, a Certified Public Accountant with prior roles at Stem, Inc. and Natera, Inc., joined as Controller in January 2026.

The additions follow Hadron's Nasdaq listing, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's acceptance of its Quality Assurance Program Description, and the publication of its first U.S. patent application.

"Commercializing a microreactor is a team effort. Each of these hires strengthens a specific skillset we need to take the Halo MMR from design to operation," said Sam Gibson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hadron Energy.

Hadron describes the Halo MMR as a 10 megawatt-electric, factory-manufactured, transportable light-water reactor intended for data centers, industrial facilities, remote communities, and grid stabilization.
