Graco appoints Andrea Simon to board of directors

Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced that Andrea H. Simon has been appointed to its board of directors, effective December 5, 2025.

Simon currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at MasterBrand, Inc. (NYSE: MBC), a residential cabinet manufacturer. She has held this position since 2020, including through MasterBrand's 2022 spin-off from Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.

Prior to her role at MasterBrand, Simon worked in various leadership, finance and compliance positions at The Weir Group plc, a London Stock Exchange-listed equipment manufacturer serving mining, nuclear defense, oil and gas, and power generation markets. Earlier in her career, she held accounting, finance and internal audit roles at Briggs & Stratton Corporation and worked as a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Simon holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University.

Simon will serve on Graco's Audit Committee and Management Organization and Compensation Committee.

Minneapolis-based Graco designs, manufactures and markets systems and equipment for moving, measuring, controlling, dispensing and spraying fluid and powder materials for industrial and commercial applications.
