Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GRRR) reported an active global pipeline of $5.6 billion across 87 opportunities and announced its agreement as an official solutions provider of NVIDIA Corp., according to a company statement.

The London-based technology company said it anticipates closing $1.3 billion in contracts by mid-2026, consisting of long-term agreements ranging from three to 15 years. Several high-value opportunities have advanced into the memorandum of understanding stage or late-stage negotiations.

Gorilla confirmed its partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (NYSE: HPE) and said the new NVIDIA agreement will leverage NVIDIA's AI frameworks for product development and enhance credibility with government stakeholders in smart cities, law enforcement, and sovereign data projects.

The company is pursuing U.S. expansion including East Coast law enforcement and infrastructure opportunities. A pending acquisition of an AI firm expected to close this quarter will bring 70 professionals and expand research and development capabilities.

Gorilla plans to launch its ONE AMAZON initiative at New York Climate Week in September, with initial revenues expected in the fourth quarter of 2025. In Thailand, the company is in final-stage negotiations for a smart education deployment affecting over 6.5 million students.

Following a $105 million equity raise, Gorilla holds $108 million in cash and $16.5 million in low-interest debt. The company said it has $200 million in secured term sheets for additional non-dilutive funding. Its infrastructure platform TerraStrata holds $3.5 billion in assets.

"The next 18 months will redefine what's possible in AI-driven infrastructure, and we are proud to be at the forefront," said Jay Chandan, Chairman and CEO of Gorilla Technology.

Gorilla provides security intelligence, network intelligence, business intelligence and IoT technology solutions across government, manufacturing, telecom, retail, transportation, healthcare and education sectors.
