Golar LNG closes $600 million revolving credit facility
Golar LNG Limited has closed a $600 million senior secured Revolving Credit Facility, according to a press release dated August 3, 2026.
The facility is secured by Golar's investment in its MKII floating liquefied natural gas vessel currently undergoing conversion in China. That vessel is contracted to serve a 20-year agreement with Southern Energy S.A. in Argentina.
The credit facility was backed by a consortium of banks including ABN AMRO, Citibank, Danske Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank.
