Global Critical Resources names Matthieu Bos to advisory board

Global Critical Resources Corporation appointed Matthieu Bos as a member of its advisory board, according to a company statement.



Bos currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Falcon Energy Materials Plc (TSX: FLCN), an anode material development company building a battery material plant in Morocco with backing from La Mancha Fund.



Before joining Falcon, Bos worked as executive vice president Africa at Ivanhoe Mines (TSX: IVN), where he oversaw corporate development, investor relations, concentrate marketing and government relations. During his tenure, he helped the Canadian mining company secure more than $3 billion in financing and investment for projects including the Kamoa-Kakula Copper Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.



Bos began his career in the metals and mining group at BMO Capital Markets. He currently sits on the boards of Hercules Metals (TSX: BIG), an Idaho-focused copper exploration company, and SRQ Exploration (TSX: SRQ), a Quebec-focused nickel exploration company. He previously served as non-executive director at Elemental Altus Royalties and Shanta Gold.



Bos holds a master of science degree in metallurgy and a bachelor of science degree in mining engineering from Delft University of Technology.
