Gambling.com Group Limited (Nasdaq: GAMB) announced it has changed its corporate name to Grandstand Limited, with its ordinary shares set to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the new ticker symbol GRSD starting July 23, 2026.
The company, founded in 2006 and publicly listed since July 2021, said the name change reflects its expansion beyond performance marketing into data, technology, content, and audience solutions across sports, gaming, and entertainment.
The Gambling.com consumer brand will continue to operate as a comparison and reviews website, separate from the newly named corporate entity.
"Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment," said Kevin McCrystle, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Grandstand.
Grandstand's consumer brands include OddsJam, RotoWire, Gambling.com, Casinos.com, and WhichBingo. Its partner solutions are organized into four areas: sports data through OpticOdds and RotoWire, advertising technology, audience monetization through Grandstand Partners, and entertainment and ticketing through Spotlight.Vegas.
The company said existing shareholders are not required to take any action, and the CUSIP number for its ordinary shares remains unchanged.
