On December 9, 2025, NaaS Technology Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter (the “Letter”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 5550(b)(2), and the matter is now closed.
The Company issued a press release relating to the foregoing, which is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
