Buenos Aires, October 30, 2025 – IRSA
Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. (NYSE:IRS;BYMA: IRSA),
reports that the General Ordinary and Extraordinary
Shareholders’ Meeting held today approved the distribution of
a cash dividend to Shareholders according to their holdings, in the
amount of ARS 164,000,000,000,
which, after being restated using the
consumer price index published by INDEC, amounts to ARS
173,787,960,684.31.
