Ford Pro, the commercial division of Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F), announced a multi-year collaboration with ServiceTitan (NASDAQ: TTAN) to integrate fleet management services for commercial vehicles. The partnership combines Ford Pro's Data Services with ServiceTitan's Fleet Pro Software to provide real-time vehicle data and operational insights.

The integrated solution utilizes embedded modems in model year 2020 and newer Ford commercial vehicles, eliminating the need for additional hardware installations. This native connection provides ServiceTitan customers in the U.S. and Canada with vehicle data directly from Ford's systems.

"This is a radically easy and modern solution that anyone will be able to use," said Mike Aragon, President of Integrated Services at Ford. "Our commitment to tradespeople goes beyond building the best trucks and vans; it's about empowering them with technology specialized for their business that improves their efficiency and helps them thrive."

The collaboration offers features including remote vehicle locking and unlocking, proactive maintenance alerts based on diagnostic codes, and integration with ServiceTitan's scheduling and dispatch systems. Ford Pro processes over 1 billion data points daily from commercial vehicles to generate insights for fleet operators.

Vincent Payen, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pro Products at ServiceTitan, noted that nearly half of ServiceTitan's customer base operates Ford commercial vehicles. The integration aims to reduce implementation time from weeks to hours compared to traditional aftermarket telematics devices.

The companies plan to demonstrate the integrated product at ServiceTitan's Pantheon conference from September 17-19 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Ford Pro will also host its Ford Pro Accelerate summit in Detroit on September 30.

The announcement was made through a company press release.
