Flow Beverage announces board director Joseph Mimran's resignation

Flow Beverage Corp. (TSX: FLOW; OTCPK: FLWBF) announced Joseph Mimran will resign from the company's board of directors effective July 26, 2025.

Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, lead independent director, stated the board thanked Mimran for his service and contributions during his tenure with the company, according to the press release.

The Toronto-based beverage company did not provide details regarding the reason for Mimran's departure or plans for his replacement on the board.

Flow Beverage operates as a premium water company in North America, offering mineral spring water and organic flavored beverages. The company was founded in 2014 and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange and over-the-counter markets in the United States.
