FiEE changes ticker symbol to FIEE on NASDAQ effective July 10

FiEE, Inc. (NASDAQ: MINM) announced its common stock will begin trading under the ticker symbol "FIEE" on July 10, 2025, replacing the current "MINM" symbol. The company's name will also be updated to FiEE, Inc. in NASDAQ records following its recent rebranding from Minim, Inc.

The ticker change reflects the company's strategic rebranding initiative. No action is required from stockholders, and the stock will continue trading on NASDAQ with the same CUSIP number.

The company reported several developments in 2025, including the launch of new SaaS products in March 2025 that secured sales contracts with new clients. FiEE also established a strategic agency and cooperation agreement to participate in an international trade fair at INTEX Osaka.

Additionally, the company entered an asset purchase agreement with Suzhou Yixuntong Network Technology Co., Ltd. to acquire intellectual property and fixed assets, including product authentication technologies, file transfer systems, and blockchain-powered KYC solutions.
