ExGen Resources Inc. (TSX.V: EXG; OTC: BXXRF) reported results from its 2025 exploration program on the Southmore Property in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. The program included sampling and geophysical surveys that returned a sample of 32.9 grams per tonne gold, according to a company statement.

In October 2025, Dias Geophysics conducted a 3D DC-Resistivity and Induced Polarization survey over an area with high conductivity anomaly identified in previous airborne surveys. The work focused on the Horizon skarn showing, where chip sampling confirmed gold and copper mineralization at 32.9 grams per tonne gold and 1.26 percent copper over 1 metre within 17.8 grams per tonne gold and 0.93 percent copper over 2 metres. Another grab sample 475 metres west assayed 21.6 grams per tonne gold.

The DCIP survey identified a large high chargeability and conductivity anomaly at depth that extends to the surface near the original Horizon skarn discovery. Previous drilling in 2005 by Roca Mines appears to have missed both the shallow chargeability anomaly and the larger deeper anomaly, the company stated.

The Southmore Property is located within 8 kilometres of the Galore Creek access road and 32 kilometres of the Northwest Transmission Line. The area is surrounded by several mining projects including the historic Eskay Creek Mine 49 kilometres southeast, the Galore Creek Deposit 36 kilometres northwest, and the Shaft Creek Deposit 37 kilometres north.

ExGen acquired the property in December 2025 through a court-approved plan of arrangement under which it acquired all issued and outstanding securities of MTB Metals. The company operates as a project accelerator that seeks to fund exploration and development through joint ventures and partnership agreements.
