Energy Transfer and affiliates redomicile from Delaware to Texas

Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET), Sunoco LP (NYSE: SUN), SunocoCorp LLC (NYSE: SUNC), and USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE: USAC) announced they will each change their state of formation from Delaware to Texas.

According to a joint press release, the redomiciliations will take effect at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on July 6, 2026, in both Delaware and Texas. Under NYSE guidelines, the changes will be considered effective for market purposes on July 13, 2026.

The companies stated that CUSIPs and NYSE ticker symbols for each entity's registered securities will remain unchanged. The economic and governance rights of unitholders in each entity's organizational documents will also be preserved through the process.
