ESPN and FOX announce $39.99 monthly streaming bundle starting October

ESPN's direct-to-consumer service and Fox Corporation's (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) FOX One streaming platform will offer a combined bundle for $39.99 per month beginning October 2, the companies announced.
The bundle will provide access to ESPN's linear networks including ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SECN, ACCN, ESPNEWS, and ESPN Deportes, along with ESPN on ABC, ESPN+, SECN+, and ACCNX. The service covers 47,000 live events annually and includes on-demand content and original programming.
FOX One combines content from FOX News Channel, FOX Business, FOX Weather, FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, Big Ten Network, FOX Deportes, FOX Local Stations and the FOX Network. The platform also offers bundling options for FOX Nation and B1G+.
"Working with FOX One on this bundle offer allows us to bring ESPN's world-class sports content to even more fans in a seamless and innovative way," said Sean Breen, EVP, Disney Platform Distribution.
Tony Billetter, SVP, Strategy and Business Development, FOX Direct to Consumer, stated that viewers will access content including NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL, College Football and Basketball, NASCAR, INDYCAR, UFC, and the FIFA World Cup through the bundle.
Both services will launch individually on August 21, with the combined bundle becoming available on October 2. The information is based on a press release from Fox Corporation.
