Dominari Holdings reports strong 2025 performance

Dominari Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: DOMH) reported strong financial performance for 2025 in a shareholder letter released January 28. The company's stock price increased from just over $1.00 at the beginning of 2025 to just under $5.00 per share by year-end.

The company paid three dividends totaling approximately $22.2 million to shareholders during 2025. Dominari Securities, the company's investment banking subsidiary led by CEO Kyle Wool, completed more than 40 transactions and raised nearly $2 billion in capital, generating $28.8 million in gross revenue.

The firm served as lead underwriter on approximately $418 million of capital raised and co-underwriter on approximately $1.2 billion. Notable transactions included New America Acquisition I Corp (NYSE: NWAXU), where Dominari served as lead underwriter raising $345 million, and Thumzup Media Corp (NASDAQ: TZUP), where it acted as exclusive placement agent raising $50 million.

Dominari also completed multiple transactions for Unusual Machines Inc. (NYSE: UMAC), serving as exclusive placement agent for two secondary offerings that raised $40 million in May and $48.5 million in July.

The company's private placement activities included 56 transactions raising approximately $440.8 million in capital and generating $32.5 million in gross revenue. American Ventures led this activity with approximately $180 million raised, followed by direct-to-cap-table investments totaling approximately $134.1 million.

Dominari maintains strategic holdings in private companies including SpaceX, Cerebras Systems, Groq, xAI, and Anduril. According to the letter, these companies achieved significant valuation increases during 2025, with Cerebras Systems filing for an IPO and signing a $10 billion agreement with OpenAI.

CEO Anthony Hayes expressed optimism for 2026, citing expected liquidity events across both public and private holdings.
