Deutsche Bank named depositary for AUMOVIO ADR program

Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB) announced its appointment as depositary bank for the sponsored American Depositary Receipt program of AUMOVIO SE (OTC: AMVOY), effective September 18, 2025.

AUMOVIO, a German company, develops and produces electrical, electronic, mechatronic and mechanical components for the automotive technology sector. The company's portfolio includes solutions for assisted and automated driving, display technologies, braking and comfort systems, vehicle interiors, and communication technology for fleet operators and commercial vehicle manufacturers.

The Level I ADR program carries the CUSIP number 05151Y 101 and ISIN US05151Y1010. The current ratio is set at 5 American Depositary Shares to 1 ordinary share, with Deutsche Bank AG Frankfurt serving as custodian bank.

Deutsche Bank provides depositary receipt services alongside trustee, agency, escrow and related services to corporates, financial institutions, hedge funds and supranational agencies globally.
