Cycurion Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCU) announced it has been selected as an approved vendor under Florida's State Term Contract for Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services. The McLean, Virginia-based technology and staffing solutions company will provide IT professionals to state agencies, counties, municipalities and eligible public entities under the multi-year agreement.
The contract allows Florida government entities to engage Cycurion directly without competitive bidding for IT staff augmentation services including software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud engineering, artificial intelligence integration, project management and systems architecture. Services will be provided on a time-and-materials or statement-of-work basis with pre-negotiated pricing approved by the Florida Department of Management Services.
"This statewide contract is a launchpad for transformative impact," said Ed Burns, President of State and Local Government at Cycurion. "We're not just filling roles—we're building the technical backbone for Florida's future."
Under the agreement, Cycurion stated it will maintain what it describes as a rapid-response bench of pre-vetted IT professionals and focus on emerging areas such as zero-trust architecture, generative AI for public sector applications, and quantum-ready cybersecurity. The company cited a 98% client retention rate in public sector contracts.
The Florida Department of Management Services evaluated vendors on quality, speed and value criteria. Public sector entities can access Cycurion's services immediately under the contract without requiring additional proposal processes.
Cycurion provides IT cybersecurity solutions and artificial intelligence services to government, healthcare and corporate clients. The company operates subsidiaries including Axxum Technologies LLC, Cloudburst Security LLC, and Cycurion Innovation Inc.
