Cycurion reports $73.6 million backlog, completes reverse stock split

Cycurion Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCU) reported a contracted backlog of $73.6 million spanning multi-year agreements of one to five years in a shareholder letter released October 28, 2025.

The McLean, Virginia-based cybersecurity company said the backlog includes more than $8 million in new contracts secured in the second quarter of 2025. Among these was a $6 million agreement with a municipal transportation agency and an additional $4.6 million in awards across government, healthcare, and public safety sectors.

The company expects to add $2.9 million in new annualized revenue that began onboarding in the fourth quarter of 2025. Cycurion secured over 30 new agreements in 2025, according to the letter from Chairman and CEO L. Kevin Kelly.

Cycurion completed a one-for-thirty reverse stock split effective October 27, 2025. The company stated it maintains compliance with Nasdaq listing standards, including the $10 million stockholders' equity threshold with $10.4 million reported in the second quarter of 2025.

The company reduced debt by $3.2 million through a strategic debt-for-equity exchange with the issuance of Series G Convertible Preferred Stock in August 2025. Cycurion reported approximately $54 million of availability remaining on its $60 million Equity Line of Credit.

The company's partnerships include work with organizations affiliated with the National Association of County and City Health Officials. Its Cyber Shield product projects $1.8 million in contracted revenue in its first year, according to the shareholder letter.

Cycurion went public on February 14, 2025, and has made several acquisitions including subsidiaries Axxum Technologies LLC, Cloudburst Security LLC, and Cycurion Innovation Inc.
