ClearThink 1 Acquisition closes $125 million IPO on NASDAQ
ClearThink 1 Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: CTAAU) completed its initial public offering of 12.5 million units at $10.00 per unit, raising $125 million. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-fifth of one Class A ordinary share upon completion of the company's initial business combination.
The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "CTAAU" on February 24, 2026. Once separate trading begins, the Class A ordinary shares and share rights are expected to trade under the symbols "CTAA" and "CTAAR," respectively.
D. Boral Capital served as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. acted as U.S. counsel for the company, while Ogier (Cayman) LLP served as Cayman Islands counsel. Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP represented the underwriters.
ClearThink 1 Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company formed to pursue a merger, acquisition, or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
